Set right in the middle of Islandmagee is only 25 minutes from Belfast and 15 minutes from Larne and one hour from the Giants Causeway.  It is on the coastal route for Antrim Coast and Glens.  Three sandy beaches within five minutes drive, will cater for families with children where hours can be lost searching the rock pools for the biggest crab or jumping the waves before they reach the shore.

For the walker:  There are lots of local walks down the quiet country roads leading from St Ronans. The National Trust has developed two cliff walks at Portmuck within easy access of St Ronans. 

For the golfer:  Spoilt for choice, with three excellent courses, all only within five minutes drive.

For the fisherman or woman:  Islandmagee is surrounded on three sides by the sea providing excellent fishing.
